*The Role
As
Senior Account Manager Lead*
, you'll be the primary contact for a portfolio of national retail partners. You'll manage relationships, drive lending growth, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You'll also mentor a small team when needed and work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with national retail partners.
• Deliver agreed targets for lending volume, profitability, and risk management.
• Use data insights to inform product and pricing decisions.
• Ensure compliance with FCA and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate across teams to exceed retailer expectations.
• Lead by example, promoting proactive account management and STB core values.

*About You
We're Looking For Someone Who Is*

• Experienced in national account management within retail finance.
• Skilled at building relationships at all levels, including board level.
• Commercially savvy, customer-focused, and resilient in a target-driven environment.
• Knowledgeable about FCA compliance and consumer finance regulations.
• A confident communicator with strong presentation and influencing skills.
• Comfortable working field-based with a valid driving license.
