Caterchoice is looking for an Office cleaner who can perform various functions, which primarily involve ensuring a clean and safe office environment.

you will be required to carry out tasks within office buildings; and the surface care duties you handle daily may vary.

The top tasks, duties, and responsibilities are listed below:

  • Responsible for floor care, performing various surface tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and spot-cleaning carpets of all office areas and non-production employee lounge
  • Responsible for the maintenance of non-production employee lounge tables, chairs, and counters, carrying out tasks such as dusting, spraying, and cleaning
  • Responsible for removing trash in office areas and non-production employee lounge
  • Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing of restrooms daily
  • Responsible for cleaning of windows in conference rooms, management offices, etc.
  • Perform dusting, disinfecting, and polishing of surfaces and furniture as needed
  • May be required to shop for cleaning supplies as needed
  • May be required to stock Kitchen and Board Room supplies as needed
  • Responsible for reporting repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks.

in addition to cleaning you will also be required to make tea and coffee for guest, make simple meals for guest and present food for guest when bought in from outside.

Office Cleaner Requirements (preferred but not necessary)

  • we are interested in applicants who have at least basic knowledge of cleaning products, including chemicals and supplies, and methods used in office cleaning
  • applicants should be able to read, write, and speak English language at a level necessary for efficient performance. They also need good communication skills to effectively follow written or verbal instructions
  • Besides providing support to the staff of the organization, office cleaners have contact with customers and may be required to provide directions or other assistance to them. Hence, it is important that they can establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members, co-workers, or clients
  • To perform the job of an office cleaner successfully, the individual must give attention to detail when cleaning
  • Office cleaners must also be organized individuals with the ability to follow a schedule and adapt to changing schedules or routines
  • The job of an office cleaner is manually inclined, so it is important that they are energetic and can lift up to 25 to 30 pounds without assistance. They must be able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine, and stand for a long duration with ease.

Work Shift:

Monday - Saturday 7am start, 3:30pm finish.
