We are looking for a skilled, experienced and enthusiastic Forest School Practitioner to help us deliver a broad range of forest schools and outdoor learning and wellbeing activities for children, young people and adults across the Bradford district. The practitioner will be passionate about nature and the outdoors and enthusiastic about sharing their skills with others. We are keen to hear from qualified practitioners at different stages in their careers, but they must be confident, able and plan and deliver exciting outdoor activities that engage the communities with which we work and able to work on their own initiative.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading high quality forest school and outdoor sessions
  • Facilitating sessions that are engaging, age appropriate and fun in line with
  • forest school ethos
  • Working to Get out More's policies, procedures and risk assessments
  • Ensuring project monitoring is completed and submitted
  • Helping to evidence our impact

This is a part time post - around 18.75 hours per week, but this could be negotiable for the right candidate. The initial term will be for 1 year, subject to funding.
