This is a varied and rewarding opportunity to play a key part in supporting our nurses, midwives, and wider clinic team – helping patients through one of the most important journeys of their lives.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll be at the heart of what we do – ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of care and compassion from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey – from answering queries to offering reassurance and emotional support when it matters most.
  • Assisting consultations by taking vital signs such as height, weight, and blood pressure.
  • Preparing procedure rooms, assisting with treatments, and chaperoning consultants during ultrasounds and other procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring data is entered correctly and securely.
  • Collaborating with the clinical team to provide a seamless, supportive, and positive patient experience.

You'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills further, with training available in cannulation and theatre assistance – helping you take the next step in your healthcare career.

About You

  • You're an experienced Healthcare Assistant (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care) with a genuine passion for patient care. You bring:

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills – you're approachable, empathetic, and professional in every interaction.
  • A drive for continuous learning and personal growth.
  • You'll thrive in a busy, people-focused environment and take pride in representing Care Fertility with warmth, professionalism, and integrity.

Location/Benefits:

This is a full-time role working Monday - Friday. You will be based between our Cheshire (Daresbury Park Red Brow Ln, Warrington, WA4 4GE) and Liverpool Clinics (Pier Head, 8 Princes Parade, Liverpool, L3 1DL).
