Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled
Metrology Engineer
to join our automotive team. This role is critical in ensuring precision measurement and quality standards across our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate dimensional analysis and support product development and production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute CMM programming for complex automotive components.
  • Apply advanced GD&T principles to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Support BIW (Body-in-White) and stamping processes within OEM or Tier 1 environments.
  • Lead project management activities, including planning, coordination, and reporting.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including conducting buy-offs and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve measurement-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in CMM programming and metrology systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Background in automotive manufacturing, particularly stampings or BIW.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
  • Experience in supplier management
