Job Title: Locum QSW - Adult's with Substance Misuse
Location: North Lincolnshire
Rate: £35 per hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a client's Adults with Substance Misuse team based in North Lincolnshire.

What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will provide an effective range of specialist social work interventions for working-age adults with substance misuse issues. You will also be responsible for a caseload of service users with complex, comorbid needs requiring care coordination within a defined service area. Specifically, you will plan, organize, and manage residential and inpatient detox for customers, ensuring appropriate information is given to providers and service users. The role requires autonomous work in coordination with other professionals and agencies, acting as the link between substance misuse and social care services, and providing specialist knowledge within the locality around social care, residential rehabilitation, and assessments.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.
