As a leader in our growing Sheffield-based product team, you'll manage and mentor a team of talented product managers focused on helping customers unlock insights from user feedback at scale.
We're looking for a data-driven product leader who has experience using AI in their decision-making and in the products they build. You'll be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and execution for key areas of the Pendo product, driving your team to deliver on an ambitious roadmap. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive our AI transformation and bring market-defining capabilities to our enterprise customers.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key areas of the Pendo Platform, ensuring your team is executing against business strategies and achieving key objectives and metrics.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of product managers, including hiring, mentorship, performance management, and career development.
- Set clear expectations for your team, focusing them on the highest-impact priorities and delegating effectively to foster autonomy and growth.
- Partner effectively across teams, collaborating with senior leaders in engineering, design, and GTM to direct complex initiatives and deliver outstanding results for our customers.
- Drive a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and enterprise customer needs to differentiate Pendo Listen.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that creates a safe environment for diverse perspectives, encourages questions, and guides debates to consensus.
- Effectively manage change by communicating context and relevant information to your team, and surfacing requirements and feedback to senior leadership.
- Provide timely, direct, and transparent feedback to your team members, no matter how difficult the topic, to support their professional development.
- This role is based in our Sheffield, UK office with a hybrid model of 3 days per week in the office (negotiable to 2). Quarterly travel to London and the US is required.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience
- 2+ years of management experience
- Demonstrated experience leading, managing, and mentoring a team of product managers.
- Experience driving or playing a key role in an AI transformation within a product organization.
- Experience building and shipping products that leverage generative AI, and familiarity with modern AI tools and platforms.
- Experience building products for and working directly with large Enterprise B2B SaaS customers.
- Proven experience collaborating effectively with a globally distributed team.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience with Pendo is a plus; experience with Pendo Listen is an even bigger plus.
- Experience working with APIs or integrations.
- Involvement in the end-to-end process of bringing new AI-powered features to market (from inception to launch) in the B2B SaaS space.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.
The expected salary range for this role to be performed in:
Sheffield, UK - GBP £95,000 - £105,000
Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
