Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Staff Nurse to join our Neurosurgery & Orthopaedics team with a competitive salary range on offer, up to £56,678.84, depending upon experience.

This is a Monday-Sunday, Days/Nights/Weekends role with the following shift patterns:

• Monday to Sunday Long Days–
• Monday to Sunday Nights –
• Bank Holidays – &

What will your duties include:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with CCL's established policies, procedures and protocols.
• Act as a clinical leader and role model whilst providing direct quality patient care, sharing expertise with colleagues.
• Keep the Charge Nurse informed of all the relevant issues affecting patient care e.g. risk, staffing levels, skills and equipment needs.
• Adhere to the NMC code of conduct and acts as the patient advocate at all times.
• Participate effectively at the Quality improvements initiatives for the ward ensures that the Ward KPI's are achieved and are aligned with CCL quality standards.

What we need from you:

• Experience working in a Neuro/Ortho setting as a Senior Nurse desirable
• Current nursing registration (First Level) through the Nursing & Midwifery Council
• Supports the Charge Nurse/Nurse Manager in contributing to CCLs nursing operational and strategic goals.
• ILS provider course completed and qualification in required upon hire, or within 3 month of hire
• Track record of achievement of objectives in present and past jobs in the clinical field
