Golden Tours has an exciting opportunity for a Meet and Greet Representative to join our team.

This permanent position requires a commitment of 18.5 hours per week, the hours of work at 10:45am to 20:00pm on Saturday and Sunday. Please note, applicants must be at least 18 years of age to meet insurance requirements.

As London's leading sightseeing tour operator, Golden Tours is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Meet and Greet Representative at the Warner Brothers Studios, located at Studio Tour Dr, Leavesden, Watford WD25 7LR .

The successful candidate will be responsible for warmly welcoming our customers and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their visit. This role provides an excellent opportunity to engage with customers, build rapport, and leverage your outstanding personality to create a memorable and personalised experience for each guest.

Job Description:

  • Meet and Greet customers arriving at Warner Bros Studios.
  • Engaging with customers to pick up on revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Consistently mindful of the operational target of On-Time Performance, we want our buses to always leave on time.
  • Vigilant to ensure security standards are never compromised and remain alert throughout the check-in process.
  • Preparing Packages for customers
  • Liaise with reps working from departure location for any last-minute bookings, issues or clients travelling on the later departure.
  • Prepare a detailed report on operations throughout the date.

Person Specification:

  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong personal presentation.
  • Self-motivated with a robust work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in adapting to varying tasks and schedules.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
