Meet Our Team:Our Growth Marketing Team is accountable for driving client engagement, new pipeline and supporting existing pipeline at a global scale through the execution of regional marketing, partner marketing and growth programs. In addition, our team represents the full Marketing engine within each region and directly to clients and partners.

If so, come join the Pega Growth Marketing team As the Senior Marketing Manager, Partners for EMEA, you will be fully responsible for creating the Partner Marketing strategy for Pega's EMEA Region, the execution of this strategy and performance of the partner marketing initiatives for the region.
What You'll Do at Pega:- Drive joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with Pega's EMEA partners, ensuring alignment with business plans.
- Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to deliver integrated partner marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute targeted joint campaigns, co-selling sprints, and industry-specific marketing programs.
- Develop and manage co-branded marketing assets, thought leadership content, and partner presence across digital channels.
- Oversee utilization of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) to maximize campaign impact.
- Lead planning and execution of partner events, summits, webinars, and digital campaigns across EMEA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner marketing teams, ensuring alignment on goals and activities.
- Track and report on GTM KPIs, campaign performance, and ROI, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage social media strategies, press releases, and communications aligned with Pega's brand standards.
- Serve as the primary marketing lead for partner initiatives in EMEA, ensuring cross-functional coordination and success.
You are a strategic marketer with deep expertise in B2B SaaS ecosystems and partner marketing. Skilled at crafting joint value propositions and compelling messaging, you combine strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Your proficiency in marketing automation, CRM systems, and digital tools enables you to manage multiple campaigns seamlessly. Known for exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration, you thrive in fast-paced, global environments, building consensus across complex organizational structures while delivering measurable results.
What You've Accomplished:- 7+ years of partner marketing experience, preferably with hyperscaler partnerships (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) or large Global Systems Integrators (GSI)
- 10+ years proven track record managing complex B2B marketing campaigns and co-sell programs
- Experience with enterprise software sales cycles and technical solution marketing.
- Background in multi-channel B2B marketing teams within enterprise software/SaaS environments
- Proven ability to operate in a high growth environment, experienced at navigating and succeeding in a rapidly evolving business
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience with low-code platforms, AI-powered solutions, or workflow automation technologies
- Previous experience working with GSI partnerships or technology alliance programs
- Familiarity with enterprise software sales cycles and B2B customer journey mapping
