About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to help keep our operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing emails, phone calls, and client enquiries
- Preparing and sending quotes, invoices, and job sheets
- Scheduling jobs and maintaining work records
- Supporting health & safety and compliance documentation
- Providing general office and admin support to the management team
What We're Looking For
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic accounting or invoicing software (training provided)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
- Previous admin experience.
Job Details
- Hours: Around 20 hours per week (flexible working pattern)
- Location: Remote / Work From Home – occasional in-person meetings in West London
- Pay: £13.00 – £16.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Contract type: Part-time, permanent
