Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving, with the ability to engage effectively with customers both over the phone and through other communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a prompt and courteous response.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Utilise effective phone etiquette to create a positive experience for customers.
  • Analyse customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
  • Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products or services.
  • Assist multilingual customers by providing support in both English and Spanish where applicable.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to effectively assist customers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual or multilingual capabilities (especially Spanish) are highly desirable.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage professionally with customers.
  • Proficient data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
