Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager,
Strategic Design & Solutions to join our Data Centers Design & Construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving high-impact, customer-centric data center initiatives across Europe, defining and delivering strategic design solutions for wholesale colocation customers. You will lead the development of next-generation mission-critical facilities, helping shape Iron Mountain's digital infrastructure growth. As a key member of the Design & Construction team, you will collaborate closely with top-tier professionals across engineering, design, and client services to enable Iron Mountain's expansion in Europe.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:

• Lead the management of third-party architecture and engineering teams to develop conceptual and schematic designs, ensuring alignment with technical standards, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate with Global Accounts and Solutions Engineering to design and evolve next-generation data center products that support Iron Mountain's strategic growth and long-term business goals.
• Ensure compliance by providing expert oversight of design and engineering performance across cost, schedule, and quality metrics for assigned critical infrastructure projects.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience managing complex, large-scale data center design and build projects in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) markets.
• Expert knowledge of data center design, construction methods, and evolving industry trends.
• Proven ability to guide multidisciplinary teams, influence stakeholders at all levels, and make data-driven decisions in complex, high-pressure environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
