Position:

Beauty Therapist/Aesthetician for Sales and Front of House.

Starting pay: £30,000 p/a pro rata plus bonus (dependent on performance)

Hours: Approx 42 hours per week (Tuesday - Friday).

Location: Wimpole Street, Central London W1

Main Responsibilities

Manage Sales via telephone and in person effectively and efficiently. We are looking for someone with strong Sales skills and experience. Training will be provided to acclimatise you to the role.

Identify clients needs and opportunity to maximise sales and customer experience with exceptional service

Aim to achieve and grow sales targets.

Manage the clinics overall responsibilities, maintaining exceptional standards to create a great impression for clients.

Manage clients concerns and complaints professionally.

Other:

Front of House - general bookings, telephone and filing etc

Requirements

Pro-active, motivated and enthusiastic with a great work attitude.

Strong sales background skills and experience

Well spoken with strong communication and excellent English language skills.

Friendly, pleasant with phone etiquette and customer service skills

Organisational skills to manage the sales processes effectively
