We are currently seeking a passionate and professional
Aesthetician

Role Summary:

The Aesthetician will deliver a range of high-end, non-invasive skincare treatments while supporting the overall operation of the clinic. You will also assist in maintaining compliance with
Care Quality Commission (CQC)
standards, contribute to the continuous development of our services, and provide first-class patient care.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Aesthetic Treatments & Client Care

Perform advanced non-invasive treatments including:

• Fotona laser
• Picosure treatment
• Chemical peels
• Dermaplaning
• Microneedling
• LED light therapy
• Microdermabrasion
• Lymphatic drainage massage (preferred)

Conduct thorough

Skin consultations and create personalised treatment plans.

Advise clients on appropriate homecare routines and product use.

Apply in-depth knowledge of topical skincare products and active ingredients.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in treatment rooms.

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring each client receives a premium experience.

Clinical Support and Operational Duties

1. Assist dermatologists during consultations and minor procedures, when required.
2. Maintain accurate and detailed treatment notes, consent forms, and patient records.
3. Ensure treatment protocols are followed and updated as needed.
4. Monitor stock levels and ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked and prepared.
5. Uphold infection prevention and control standards at all times.
6. Maintain confidentiality and follow GDPR regulations.

CQC and Compliance Responsibilities

1. Support the clinic in maintaining its
   Care Quality Commission (CQC)
   standards.
2. Assist in audits, reporting, and the ongoing quality improvement process.
3. Adhere to clinic policies and procedures relating to patient safety and governance.

Service Development & Teamwork

1. Collaborate with the wider team on service development and innovation.
2. Contribute ideas for new treatments, promotions, and patient engagement.
3. Attend team meetings, in-house training, and CPD sessions as required.

What We're Looking For:

• NVQ Level 4 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
• At least 3 years' experience in an aesthetic or clinical skincare setting
• Strong experience in performing Hydrafacials, peels, and advanced skin treatments
• Excellent knowledge of skincare and topical product application
• Passion for skincare and delivering high standards of client care
• Familiarity with GDPR and healthcare compliance is a plus
• Experience working in a CQC-registered environment is desirable
