Marketing Executive
to build brand awareness, generate client enquiries, and support business development.

ROLE PURPOSE

You will drive internal, inbound and external marketing activity to generate enquiries, nurture client relationships, and support strategic growth. You will manage campaigns across digital, print and live events, ensuring brand consistency and message clarity throughout.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Support the delivery of the firm's marketing and business development plan.
  • Align campaigns with key practice areas, growth objectives and target audiences.
  • Attend monthly marketing KPI meetings to report performance and suggest improvements.

Inbound & Digital Marketing

  • Manage the website, SEO and all social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Publish regular content including FAQs, blogs, updates, case studies, and videos.
  • Grow and manage the email list through CRM opt-ins and lead magnets.
  • Track engagement metrics and refine based on insights.

Internal Marketing & Communications

  • Create internal updates, team news and staff engagement content.
  • Develop branded templates, factsheets and downloadable resources.
  • Coordinate testimonials, patient/client stories and team success stories.

Event & Community Engagement

  • Organise and promote seminars, webinars, study clubs and networking events.
  • Manage sponsorships and CSR involvement in community or industry events.
  • Liaise with charities and partners to increase visibility.

Client Relationship Marketing

  • Maintain and use CRM to manage client data, campaigns and follow-ups.
  • Support the client onboarding and retention journey with automated communications.

Data & Performance Reporting

  • Track campaign performance against agreed KPIs and prepare monthly reports.
  • Analyse outcomes to identify trends and recommend changes.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 years' marketing experience, ideally in professional services or legal/healthcare.
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Confident with digital tools, CRM, email marketing, and social platforms.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and a proactive, self-directed approach.
