Key Responsibilities
As a Strategy and Product Analyst / Associate, you'll:

  • Analyse market trends, competitors, products and industry data to support strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare clear, insightful presentations for senior stakeholders and board-level meetings.
  • Review business performance across markets, customers, products, and channels.
  • Collaborate with teams across Bupa Global to deliver data-driven insights and reports.
  • Support the development of competitive product strategies through research and benchmarking.
  • Identify opportunities to improve products and inform commercial decisions.

You'll Bring
What We're Looking For

  • A degree in business, economics, data analysis, health or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex ideas simply and clearly.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and data modelling.
  • Ability to manage your time, work independently, and deliver under pressure.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach.
  • Experience in strategy, consulting, finance, health insurance or a related sector.
