What You'll Do
Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Identify and quantify customer friction points across the shopping funnel, guiding product prioritisation and experimentation strategies to optimise conversion.
  • Conduct detailed segmented funnel analyses to pinpoint high-impact areas for optimisation and reduce conversion drop-offs.
  • Evaluate product feature performance through rigorous experimentation and statistical measurement using SQL, Python, Power BI, Adobe Analytics and Contentsquare to assess business impact and inform future iterations.
  • Diagnose anomalies and performance trends, troubleshooting unexpected KPI movements and site issues to mitigate potential business impact.

Who You Are
Your skills and experience will include:

  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Advanced SQL and Python skills, plus experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI (DAX, Power Query) or Tableau
