About the Role:
Based in Charing Cross Road (hybrid working), OMD EMEA is recruiting for an experienced Search Account Manager to lead Paid Search strategy and execution for one of the world's most innovative and influential global brands.
In this role, you will oversee end-to-end Paid Search planning, strategy, optimisation, and client delivery across multiple EMEA markets. You will work alongside an exec, collaborate with cross-channel specialists, and act as a key strategic partner to both global and local stakeholders.
About You:
- Strong experience in Paid Search, with proven success managing large-scale, multi-market campaigns.
- Deep understanding of both performance and brand Search strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-management skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving ability, with polished presentation skills.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and markets simultaneously.
- Confident managing budgets, forecasting, pacing, and performance analysis.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with EMEA media landscapes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Experience with 3rd-party tech such as Kenshoo Software.
- Experience working on regional or global accounts.
- Previous involvement in cross-functional brand studies or measurement projects.

Our working pattern for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely. Let us know if you have any questions about our working pattern as part of your application and interview process.
Flexible Working

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that's in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
