Senior Visual Merchandising Manager
to join our Creative team. In this role, you'll go beyond creating displays, you'll set the vision, define the strategy, and lead execution across markets. From crafting immersive layouts to developing global VM guidelines, you'll ensure our brand story is consistently and beautifully brought to life in every retail space. Reporting into our Head of Store Design & VM, you'll balance creativity with commercial focus.

The Role
Your daily to-dos might look like this:
- Develop and lead the global visual merchandising strategy to ensure consistency, innovation, and alignment with seasonal campaigns and brand direction
- Oversee the creation of captivating layouts, windows, and in-store displays that elevate the customer journey and maximise product visibility
- Partner with Marketing, Commercial, Retail Operations and Design teams to deliver cohesive brand storytelling across all channels
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the VM team, while creating clear execution guidelines to support flawless rollouts at store level
- Stay ahead of industry trends, consumer behaviours, and competitor activity to continuously refine and refresh our VM approach
- Oversee the production, sourcing, and installation of visual elements, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery
- Own the VM budget, ensuring all projects are delivered within scope and resources are optimised
- Build capability within store teams through training programs, workshops, and toolkits, ensuring consistent brand representation
- Act as a brand ambassador, safeguarding visual integrity and ensuring all displays reflect our ethos and deliver a premium customer experience.
Requirements
These skills will help you go far in this role:
Extensive experience in visual merchandising, with a track record of leading large-scale retail environments as well as smaller scale department store counters, ideally in the beauty, fragrance, or luxury sector
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of how VM drives sales and enhances brand equity, with the ability to align creative concepts to business goals
- Strong awareness of retail and consumer trends
- Excellent ability to manage complex, multi-market projects, prioritise effectively, and deliver under tight timelines
- Skilled in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and SketchUp, with an ability to translate creative ideas into practical execution
- Ambitious, resourceful, and excited by the challenge of taking VM to the next level
