COMO The Halkin is a 41 bedroom hotel conceived as a cocooning 'Home from Home' on a quiet street in London Belgravia. The classic proportions, arched windows and Georgian brick exteriors matched with elegant interiors create a feel of a private home 

What you will do:

  • Carry out mise-en-place and ensure all preparations are arranged neatly and orderly before service.
  • Help with the preparation of dishes and service for daily events and functions, under the supervision of the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
  • Minimise waste by using ingredients following the recipe, checking date labels, and controlling quality.
  • Be prepared to work on different tasks during the day, shifting quickly from one job to another and remain focused.

Who you are:

  • Have experience preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specialty
  • Will have previous experience working in a fast paced Kitchen
  • Experience working within a team
