About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive On-Site Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and performance of a residential or mixed-use property in London. The successful candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day management, tenant satisfaction, and full compliance with UK property regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all day-to-day operations of the property, including tenant relations and lease administration.
  • Supervise maintenance, repairs, and service contractors to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Monitor property budgets, service charges, and operational expenses.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
  • Resolve tenant concerns promptly and enforce lease agreements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records in line with compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and external contractors to ensure efficient property operations.
  • Oversee health and safety compliance, including fire safety and statutory inspections.

Qualifications and Experience

  • RICS-certified in property management.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience managing residential or mixed-use properties in the UK.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of UK property laws and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.

Job Type: Full-time
