Role Summary

We're seeking a Digital Marketing Assistant to drive our digital growth, leading on email marketing and social media to enhance the online customer experience and support our expanding direct-to-consumer and trade business.

This full-time, on-site role suits someone with 2+ years of digital marketing experience or a graduate with hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and optimise email marketing campaigns, including automated flows and segmentation through Klaviyo
  • Create, plan and post social media content
  • Work alongside the Marketing Manager to update website content: homepage banners, promotions, and product pages
  • Support SEO and e-commerce campaigns
  • Produce data-led reports
  • Collaborate on creative and offline brand projects

You'll need:

  • Confidence using email marketing platforms
  • Strong copywriting and analytical skills
  • Proactive approach and attention to detail
  • A creative eye for detail
  • Genuine interest in skincare, wellness, or luxury FMCG
