Overview:

As an In-Store Marketing Digital Specialist you'll be part of our In-Store Marketing team, reporting to the Digital ISM Manager. We're looking for someone who can take the lead in creating engaging digital screen content that enhances the customer experience and strengthens our in-store communication.

In this role, you'll help bring our brand to life by developing and delivering compelling digital content that supports key marketing priorities and inspires customers throughout their shopping journey.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Lead the briefing and delivery of all digital in-store content in line with the Boots marketing plan across Beauty, GM, Healthcare, and Pharmacy.

•    Ensure all digital in-store messaging aligns with the wider marketing strategy, customer plan, and trading priorities.

•    Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop and execute best-in-class digital marketing that drives in-store purchases.

•    Build and maintain strong relationships with design agencies and external partners to ensure accurate, timely delivery of digital content.

•    Translate trading and marketing priorities into clear, actionable briefs for creative and design teams.

•    Review RTBs, manage approval workflows, and obtain required stakeholder sign-offs.

•    Publish digital content and ensure accurate playback across all screens in-store across our estate.

•    Maintain and update the digital budget, tracking all associated costs effectively.

•    A genuine passion for digital in-store marketing and delivering impactful campaigns

•    A proactive, highly organised individual who can confidently manage their own workload

•    A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

•    Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet and exceed deadlines

•    A creative mindset with the drive to help shape and grow our digital in-store marketing capability

•    Previous marketing experience is a bonus, but not essential, enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what matter most
