The Role

We're looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our FSD Warehouse team in Ystrad Mynach, CF82. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focusing on the picking and packing of customer orders with accuracy, care, and efficiency.

You'll help make sure that every order leaves our warehouse correctly packed, damage-free, and on time. You'll also play a part in supporting click-and-collect customers, so professionalism and a friendly attitude are key.

What You'll Do

  • Pick customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and picking lists
  • Pack products securely for dispatch, ensuring items arrive in perfect condition
  • Conduct quality checks to verify correct products, quantities, and packaging
  • Report any damaged or missing stock to your supervisor
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work area at all times
  • You may be required to greet and assist click-and-collect customers in a professional, courteous manner
  • Suggest continuous improvement ideas to help streamline processes

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Organised, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Professional and presentable, with good communication skills for customer-facing interactions
  • A strong commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards
  • A valid forklift licence (Reach) is an advantage
