As the Service Quality Delivery Manager you will lead the strategic delivery and continuous improvement of GTR's Service Quality programme, ensuring contractual obligations are met and exceeded, and that customer experience is enhanced through data-led, sustainable improvements. The role will provide leadership to the Service Quality team, including direct line management of Service Quality Partners, and will act as the primary interface for Service Quality with senior stakeholders across GTR, the Department for Transport (DfT), and relevant external suppliers.
The postholder will be responsible for embedding a culture of service excellence, driving performance through insight, and ensuring that Service Quality is a visible and prioritised agenda across all operational and customer-facing functions.
