Are you a Building Manager with experience in managing large commercial office spaces? If so, I want to talk to you

I've partnered with a boutique Property Management firm in the heart of Central London to help them find a Building Manager who will oversee a prestigious 250,000 Sqft office building across 6 floors.

This role is not just about managing the property, it's about shaping the experience for tenants and ensuring the building runs smoothly every day. From checking in with tenants and handling issues to managing service charges, you'll be the key point of contact for day-to-day operations.

You'll need to have experience in managing a service charge budget of up to £1 million, as well as a solid track record in commercial office environments. The building is currently 35% vacant, which is undergoing refurbishment—offering fantastic exposure to this side of property management.

With the salary offering up to £70k, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Building Manager who's ready to take on a new challenge and make their mark in Central London.
