Internal Business Development Manager

Location:
Normanton (Office-based)

Salary:
£30,000–£33,000 + Bonus (£2.5k OTE) + Commission (£6k OTE)

About the Role:

Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a leading powered access company to recruit an Internal Business Development Manager to join their friendly and supportive team. You'll be selling powered access hire into industries including construction, logistics, media & film, manufacturing, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing accounts (50% of your time).
  • Drive new business through cold outreach to contractors and sites (50% of your time).
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent service.
  • Hit and exceed sales targets.

What We're Looking For:

  • A couple of years' sales experience (industry background is flexible).
  • Confident in speaking to clients and building relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
