What You'll Be Doing

This is a role for someone who is passionate about improving the way we communicate with our customers to a broad audience, creating engaging, simple and interesting items. You'll use your subject matter expertise to help produce a range of documentation including user and reference guides, letters, emails and other forms.

  • Take a truly customer-centric approach, focusing delivery on their needs
  • Translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand copy for varied audiences
  • Continuous Improvement and innovative mindset, challenging the status quo
  • Ensure operations staff have accurate and up-to-date content to use when replying to customers across various contact channels.
  • Positive attitude and customer focus with excellent time management skills
  • Initiates and supports change based on their own observations and input from others
  • Tenacious and ensures delivery of goals, objectives, and plans

  • Is skilled at turning technical content into engaging, easy to understand copy for a range of audiences
  • Highly collaborative working style
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and technical mind-set
  • Ability to work with and across other business units
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively engaging with teams via different channels including face to face
