Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our new team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about excellent customer service skills, and an understanding of industry standards. Prior experience in food service, or catering is highly valued, along with a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring proper presentation and timing
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining professionalism and friendliness
  • Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and setup for service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling of all food items
  • Support banquet or catering events by setting up, serving, and clearing tables as required
  • Handle guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
  • Fine dining experience or banquet experience is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and dietary considerations
  • Ability to serve efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Food industry background including catering, food preparation, or beverage service is desirable
  • Barista experience or familiarity with coffee service is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends as needed
