Job Title: Key Account Manager

Location: Office-based (with regular travel to third-party partners)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with our third-party partners. This role is pivotal in ensuring strong commercial partnerships, effective lead management, and the delivery of outstanding broker support. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience within the merchant services industry and a passion for building long-term, value-driven relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage third-party relationships to ensure performance targets and service standards are consistently achieved.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs to the Sales Director, providing insight and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support and train brokers and partners, ensuring they are fully equipped and motivated to promote products effectively.
  • Ensure all leads are dealt with promptly and correctly, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide ongoing support and communication to partner networks, ensuring smooth processes and strong alignment with business goals.
  • Travel to visit third-party partners as required to strengthen relationships and deliver training sessions or performance reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to ensure consistency in messaging, service delivery, and target achievement.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Broker Support within the merchant services or payments sector.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organisational and reporting abilities with a focus on KPI-driven performance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
