**Role: Account Manager**

**Location:North of Birmingham with hybrid working conditions dependent on location**

**Salary**:£40k - £50k + Company Car or Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission scheme

**Summary**:
**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with, and act as the main point of contact between key stakeholders
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to increase cross selling opportunity
- Provide accurate and timely feedback, reporting as required
- Identify and understand clients? needs and requirements to provide the best service.
- Manage forecasts depending on client?s performance and market trends
- Negotiate terms to retain and ensure all business remains profitable and sustainable
- Achieve defined revenue growth across the allocated client portfolio through share of wallet and search upsell.
- Develop a thorough understanding of new and existing clients' needs and requirements to contribute to the longer-term business strategy.
- To maintain and manage an active rolling pipeline of new and existing business opportunities that result in the desired conversion levels.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Proficient in Excel and Presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a high standard of data accuracy
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build rapport with different stakeholders
- Must have a passion for innovation and process improvement
- Ideally experienced working with large-scale services contracts
- Proven success in business development and key account management
- Creative thinker with ability to manage expectations within a fast paced and demanding environment.
- Experience of managing high value clients with multiple stakeholders and multiple locations.
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
- Driver?s license
- Bachelor?s degree in engineering (preferred)
