Client Services Associate
to join our Sales & Marketing team and support students, partners, and corporate clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-building, problem-solving, and supporting learners or business clients in a high-growth environment.


Role Overview

The
Client Services Associate
supports SB School's commercial operations by providing excellent client service, coordinating student and partner accounts, and contributing to sales and marketing activities. You will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure clients receive a smooth, professional, and supportive experience.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship & Support

  • Act as a primary point of contact for students, clients, and partners
  • Manage client enquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms
  • Provide timely, professional guidance on courses, enrolment, and service options
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Support sales outreach activities and follow-up with prospective learners
  • Assist with lead handling, CRM updates, and pipeline tracking
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, webinars, or student recruitment activities
  • Gather testimonials, feedback, and marketing insights from clients

Onboarding & Account Coordination

  • Facilitate onboarding for new students or corporate clients
  • Prepare documentation, contracts, and welcome materials
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
  • Communicate client needs to relevant internal teams

Reporting & Administration

  • Produce basic reports on client activity and engagement
  • Track KPIs, enquiries, sales progress, and marketing performance
  • Support operational processes related to scheduling, enrolment, or events

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience
  • Provide feedback to Sales and Marketing teams on client trends
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and service delivery


Person Specification (Skills & Experience)

  • Organisational and administrative abilities
  • Experience in customer service, client support, sales support, or marketing assistance (preferred but not essential)
  • Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Right to work in the UK
