Due to continued growth, we seek an enthusiast and passionate individual to join our site team as a Bricklayers Labourer.

This is a labouring role - Loading out for Bricklayers, mixing and preparing. The role is to support the bricklayers. Performing all required duties on site as instructed working according to industry health & safety standards.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, Key Objectives:

• Movement and handling of materials to keep up with the bricklayer's demands
• Keeping the work area safe and tidy
• Preparing areas of work
• Mixing mortar
• Other ad-hoc duties to help the bricklayers where required

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid CSCS
• Due to site locations a driving license is required.
• Due to the physical nature of this work a good degree of physical fitness is required
• Previous experience is desirable.

Package Details:

• Rate of Pay is £12.50ph, paid weekly.
• You will be contracted to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• 25 days annual leave per year plus bank holidays. This increases by 1 day after 2 full years completed service, then another day after 4 years and another day after 6 years service – up to a maximum of 28 days plus bank holidays. Days are deducted annually from leave for a full business closure at Christmas.
• Pension contribution is 4% employee and 3% employer.
