Salary: £12.21 per hour + Company Performance Bonus + Incentives
Contract: Part-Time, Term-Time (school hours). Pro-rata. 3 days per week 09:30 to 14:30.

We are seeking a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our small and supportive team.
Purpose of Role
To provide comprehensive administrative support across Sales, Accounts, Operations, and Office functions. The role ensures processes are accurate and organised, contributes to excellent customer service, and supports overall account growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across the business
- Maintain accurate records, documents, and spreadsheets
- Handle customer enquiries and support sales/account administration
- Assist with day-to-day office operations and other tasks as needed
Essential Requirements
- 2+ years' admin experience and strong Microsoft Office skills
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths; excellent communication
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Professional, customer-focused team player with a flexible and adaptable approach
Desirable Requirements
- Advertising or media sales administration experience
- HR administration experience
- Previous customer service experience
- Clean driving licence
