Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Supervisor to lead our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for food service and hospitality. As a Team Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring food safety standards are met, and fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Duties

  • Supervise and manage team to ensure a well run shift
  • Train new team members in bar and restaurant standards
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with management to drive sales
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supervising or managing a team within a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
  • Previous experience in kitchen . Bar or restaurant role
  • Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication skills to motivate and guide team members.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
