Join our client's dynamic team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and play an integral role in our esteemed Civil Engineering division based Barnsley. We take pride in delivering excellence in construction consultancy services and are in search of a dynamic individual to contribute to our continued success.

As a Quantity Surveyor in our client's team, you'll have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects with leading clients in gas & utilities. Leveraging your expertise in cost management, procurement, and contract administration, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects across the region.

Ideally Candidates Will Have

  • Experience with NEC
  • 2 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Experience with Gas, Utilities or similar
  • experience working as both contractor and subcontractor
  • Raising EW's, CEQ's and CE's
  • Supporting PM's from a commercial perspective
  • drafting monthly applications for payment
  • Drafting project forecasts
  • Attending Monthly Progress meetings

We are looking for someone who is use to dealing with all commercial aspects of a project and is happy with client facing discussions. Gas industry experience preferred by not essential.
