As a Quantity Surveyor in our client's team, you'll have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects with leading clients in gas & utilities. Leveraging your expertise in cost management, procurement, and contract administration, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects across the region.

Ideally Candidates Will Have
- Experience with NEC
- 2 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Experience with Gas, Utilities or similar
- experience working as both contractor and subcontractor
- Raising EW's, CEQ's and CE's
- Supporting PM's from a commercial perspective
- drafting monthly applications for payment
- Drafting project forecasts
- Attending Monthly Progress meetings
We are looking for someone who is use to dealing with all commercial aspects of a project and is happy with client facing discussions. Gas industry experience preferred by not essential.
