Martin FM Solutions are a maintenance provider supporting property managers throughout London and the Home Counties, with a small in-house team of Fabric Engineers and M&E sub contractors.
With our offices based in CM4 (Nine Ashes Road) your role as a Helpdesk Assistant will be as follows:
- Monitoring the helpdesk email: raising quotes, new jobs, and providing timely updates to our clients.
- Ordering materials where required.
- Updating our CRM system (Simpro) ensuring a consistent timeline and workflow as you manage quotes/jobs through to completion.
- Scheduling engineers diaries, and assisting them with accurate information enabling them to complete their work.

We're looking for someone confident on the computer and phone, happy to learn and take direction, and if you can think on your feet, you'll fit right in here.
THE BASICS:
- Hourly Rate: £ £15.00ph
- Full Time Hrs: OR 9:00-17:00
- Office based (Due to location you will need to drive)
