Technology Support Engineer – iGaming Industry

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional IT support and ensuring seamless technology experiences for end users? We are seeking a 
Technology Support Engineer
 to join our client's team in the 
iGaming industry
. This role is pivotal in maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure, supporting business systems, and enabling smooth day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support and maintenance for IT infrastructure and end-user devices (Windows and Mac).
  • Build, deploy, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and meeting room technology.
  • Manage Service Desk tickets and resolve issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Support video conferencing solutions and collaboration tools.
  • Install, configure, and maintain 
    Microsoft 365 services
     (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Assist with virtualization technologies (Azure/AWS) and provide support for Microsoft 365 cloud services.
  • Perform Active Directory administration and patch management.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 
    5 years of hands-on experience
     in IT support within a Service Desk or Help Desk environment.
  • Strong knowledge of 
    Microsoft 365 suite
    , Windows endpoint administration, and Apple support.
  • Familiarity with SCCM or similar end-user management systems.
  • Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and experience with enterprise wireless networks.
  • Exposure to PowerShell scripting and virtualization technologies.

Certifications (advantageous):

  • CompTIA Network+/Security+
  • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP)
  • Endpoint Administrator (MD102)
  • ITIL
