You'll be responsible for matching exceptional Health & Safety talent with leading brands across the buoyant Construction Civils sector across the UK. Our accomplished Construction team are seeking a consultant with a solid search process to join them. In this 360 recruitment role, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with senior stakeholders inclusive of Global Safety Directors, whilst leveraging our portfolio of clients with account development. The Construction Civils sector is a vital part of the UK infrastructure economy, and safety professionals are essential in this high-risk, fast-paced environment. With an average permanent fee of £9,200, a leading brand with industry partnerships and our own networking community — HSE Leaders Connect, we have exceptional foundations for someone to build a thriving 360 recruitment career working permanent assignments across the UK.

Any Health and Safety recruitment experience will be highly advantageous, as would recruitment sector expertise in any Construction subsector.
