Customer and Corporate Services Officer

About the role

Do you have a passion for providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, professional environment? We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic Customer Services Officer to join our friendly Public Counter team at the Isle of Man Courts and Tribunals Service. You'll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, handling a wide range of enquiries, processing payments, and providing support to colleagues, the judiciary, and other sections within the department. Every day is different, and your role will be key to ensuring the smooth running of the service.

You'll also assist with administrative and corporate duties such as managing correspondence, maintaining records, processing invoices, and supporting building and office operations. If you're approachable, adaptable, and thrive in a team that values professionalism, we'd love to hear from you.
