Key Account Manager – Facilities Management

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and growing account bases: You'll take ownership of key accounts, identifying opportunities to expand services and maximise revenue.
  • Building trusted client partnerships: From hospitality groups to healthcare providers and retail chains, you'll be the go-to expert who understands their needs and delivers solutions that make a difference.
  • Driving commercial success: With a strong sales focus, you'll spot opportunities, negotiate contracts, and ensure accounts are nurtured for long-term success.
  • Collaborating with colleagues: Working closely with operations and service teams, you'll ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in account growth within a related service-led industry.
  • Sector knowledge: Hospitality, healthcare, or retail experience is highly desirable.
  • Commercial mindset: You're motivated by results, confident in negotiations, and skilled at spotting opportunities others miss.
  • Relationship builder: Strong communication skills and the ability to engage at all levels.
