A Multi-Skilled Tradesperson is a professional who possesses expertise in various construction trades and can perform a wide range of tasks on a construction site.

THIS ROLE IS INITALLY TEMPORARY.

As a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson, you will be expected to:

  • Undertake a wide variety of construction tasks across multiple trades, including joinery, bricklaying, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and more.
  • Apply your skills and experience to deliver work efficiently and to a consistently high standard of quality.
  • Interpret and follow project plans, specifications, and instructions to ensure accurate execution.
  • Assess the materials, tools, and equipment required for each task.
  • Organise and prepare resources to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
  • Carry out repairs and installations of components, fixtures, and systems in line with project requirements.
  • Identify and resolve issues as they arise, using effective problem-solving techniques.
  • Guarantee the functionality, alignment, and safety of all completed work.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices at all times.
  • Wear and maintain appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and promote its proper use among colleagues.
  • Follow established safety procedures to minimise risks and maintain a secure working environment.
  • Analyse and overcome challenges encountered on-site, developing practical and innovative solutions.
  • Adapt flexibly to evolving project requirements and adjust working methods accordingly.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Temp to perm

Pay: £15.00-£18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 42.5 per week
