About the Role
NPS Law is seeking an experienced Legal Recruitment Manager to join our growing team at our Solihull head office. This is a key position responsible for attracting and recruiting top legal talent across our expanding national network of offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for qualified solicitors, non-qualified legal professionals, and support staff across multiple office locations
- Lead recruitment efforts for residential conveyancing positions (primary focus)
- Screen and assess candidate applications against role requirements
- Conduct confident and professional interviews with candidates at various levels
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of legal talent
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to support business growth
- Liaise with hiring managers across the organisation to understand staffing needs
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies where necessary
- Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and employment legislation
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the legal sector
- Strong candidate screening and assessment skills
- Confident interviewing abilities with professionals at all levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Understanding of legal roles and the legal sector landscape
