Complex Nurse Specialist | Home-based (Travel to Hull and Doncaster required) | £43,000 - £47,000 per annum + £3,000 car allowance

Are you a compassionate and experienced nurse with a passion for complex care? Step into a pivotal role where your expertise will transform lives. We're looking for a Complex Nurse Specialist to join our Clinical team, helping us deliver safe, effective, and person-centred care for children and young people with complex health needs.

Location: Home-based with travel across the Hull and Doncaster Area

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday 9am - 5:30pm

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading the mobilisation of new care packages, including clinical assessments and care planning
  • Training and mentoring care staff, ensuring competence in specialist clinical interventions
  • Developing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments
  • Monitoring and auditing care delivery to the highest standards
  • Building strong relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Providing leadership and supporting investigations when required
  • Caseload will include a mix of adult and paediatric packages.
What We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Nurse or RGN with Complex Care or Learning Disabilities experience (Adult or Paediatric)
  • Training / Competency sign off experience essential
  • Competent in tracheostomy and ventilator care
  • Confident in writing and reviewing clinical documentation
  • Excellent communication skills with clients, families, and teams
  • Strong organisational skills to manage your diary and priorities effectively
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and commitment to the NMC code of conduct
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
