Plymouth PL JN, United Kingdom Greenlight Safety Consultancy Limited Full time £25,500 - £32,000 per year

What do you want from work?

Maybe it's freedom to create.

Maybe it's feeling passionate about what you do.

Maybe it's knowing that your work changes lives for the better.

What if you could have all of that right here?

At Greenlight Training, every apprentice we support is stepping into a brighter future. You'll be the one telling their stories, amplifying their achievements, and organising the events that bring learners, employers and industry together to celebrate success.

Picture this... you wake up genuinely excited to step into a role where your creativity does more than fill a page or a screen. It empowers young people to learn, to grow and to ultimately build better futures for themselves. You can feel proud knowing that the ideas you bring to life will give learners the platform to shine. The events you curate will connect apprentices with the employers who will guide them and the stories you tell will show the world what is possible when passion meets opportunity.

At Greenlight, every workshop you promote and every campaign you create helps people gain skills that will stay with them forever. But our purpose stretches even wider than apprenticeships. At Greenlight Safety Consultancy the business works to make sure that where learners go next is safe, supportive and built to protect them. We believe that the workplaces of tomorrow can be safer, smarter and kinder. You could be the voice that helps drive that change.

Training is at the heart of everything we do and we know that growth is just as important for our own staff as it is for our learners. You will have the chance to explore new skills, benefit from continuous professional development and even take part in training or apprenticeships yourself if that is where your ambition takes you. Your potential matters to us just as much as theirs.

This is your moment

There are companies you can join in the middle of their journey and then there are companies you can help shape from the very start of something exciting. We are about to reveal a brand new identity, a bold new look and fresh ways of telling the world our story.

You will not just be joining a team, you will be stepping into the spotlight of a transformation.

Imagine being there for day one, seeing your ideas influence the way our message is seen, felt and shared. Imagine being a key part of the growth of the number one independent construction apprenticeship provider in the UK and knowing you helped us make our mark even louder. This is the kind of role that does not just fill a space on your CV. It becomes a defining moment in your career story.

What you will bring to the table

We are looking for someone with creative spark and the confidence to turn ideas into experiences worth talking about. You will have some hands on experience in marketing or event coordination and a natural talent for keeping multiple plates spinning with clarity and calm.

You will love crafting messages that connect, creating designs that draw the eye and telling stories that feel meaningful. You will already have experience with tools like Canva or similar and you will understand what makes a strong brand stand out in the minds of its audience.

You will be someone who writes clearly, communicates confidently and cares deeply about delivering quality. Someone who enjoys collaborating with passionate colleagues but is equally happy taking initiative when inspiration strikes. If you also bring experience with social media or email campaigns or any knowledge of apprenticeships or safety industries then that would be a wonderful bonus but above all we are looking for enthusiasm, curiosity and the desire to grow alongside us.

Our commitment to safeguarding (The compliant bit)

Our organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of learners, including those who are young and vulnerable, and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Greenlight Training Ltd has a clear safer recruitment and safeguarding policy and we will make the appropriate DBS checks and seek to acquire at least two references prior to any offer of employment. All applicants must complete an application form provided, if invited to, regardless of how they applied.
