Position Summary
We're looking for a
PR Manager
to support e.l.f. Beauty's PR and influencer efforts across the UK and EMEA. This role will focus on executing earned media campaigns, managing influencer programs, and supporting brand storytelling, ensuring e.l.f. maintains strong visibility and relevance in the market.

You'll work closely with internal teams and agency partners to deliver press coverage, influencer engagement, and campaign support, combining creativity with a practical, results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities
Communications & Media
Support the development and execution of PR campaigns aligned with brand objectives.

Build and maintain relationships with UK beauty, lifestyle, and business media.

Coordinate press outreach, product launches, and influencer activity.

Campaign & Influencer Support
Assist in managing influencer programs: identifying talent, coordinating content, and tracking performance.

Collaborate with Social, Creative, and Brand teams to deliver integrated campaign support.

Support agency partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on brief.

Monitoring & Reporting
Track and report on PR and influencer campaign performance, including media coverage, engagement, and earned media value.

Conduct basic competitor and category monitoring to support strategy.

Requirements
3–5 years' experience in PR, communications, or brand marketing, ideally in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.

Experience managing media relations and influencer programs in the UK.

Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Creative, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
