Provides effective administrative support to senior team.
Effectively manages administration and day to day operation needs.
You'll be responsible for:
- Supports on-boarding process for new employees.
- Co-ordinate IT requirements for team.
- Records holiday/sick leave.
- Maintains accurate filing and archiving systems in accordance with QA procedures.
- Co-ordinate phone calls & correspondence (e-mail and letters etc.).
- Organises internal meetings/booking of meeting rooms.
- Manages multiple diaries and emails on behalf of director(s) and senior team.
- Ensure meetings are planned, organised and accurate actions/minutes are recorded.
- Produces highly accurate documents in line with templates and quality requirements e.g. presentations, minutes and reports.
- Organises events/workshops.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You'll need to have:
- Degree/postgraduate (or equivalent).
- Demonstratable track record in a senior leadership/director role (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on
