We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and fast growing private equity backed Advertising Technology business as it continues to scale and expand. The business has ambitious plans and we are building out a best in class finance team to support the next stage of our journey.

We're seeking a commercially astute, hard working and ambitious Finance Associate to join the team.

About the Role

As our Finance Associate, you'll support the finance team with a wide variety of tasks. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ability to work quickly and accurately on your own initiative is key to success.

Expect your day to include:

  • Assisting with accounts payable and receivable

  • Processing invoices and expenses with attention to detail

  • Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions

  • Helping to prepare financial reports and spreadsheets

  • Supporting month-end and year-end close processes

  • Maintaining accurate and organised financial records

  • Working with other teams to ensure smooth financial operations

  • Taking on ad-hoc finance projects to broaden your experience

We don't expect you to know everything on day one—but we do expect curiosity, drive, and a willingness to learn. Our expectations are high but this is a great opportunity to accelerate your career in a short period of time.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • A strong interest in finance, accounting, and business
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Confident IT skills (Excel/Google Sheets is a must; accounting software is a bonus)
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new things
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Ability to be calm under pressure

Qualifications

  • Part-Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA; or
  • Strong academics; a degree in Finance or Business fields would be an advantage.
