Key Responsibilities
Purpose of the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate to support our legal and compliance team for a 12 month Industry Placement. The candidate will assist with various tasks related to legal research, compliance monitoring, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will provide support in the following areas:

Collecting data from various department on personal data they use, store etc.

Record/ Update comprehensive feedback on Immunocore database

Enhance Immunocore fallback language library for:

Service / Vendor Agreements

Clinical Trial Agreements

Work with CRO preferred partners to enhance fallback positions to gain efficiencies and meet clinical study start-up timelines

Conduct legal research on biotechnology regulations and industry standards.

Assist with the preparation and review of compliance documentation and reports.

Support the legal team in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.

Monitor regulatory updates and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Assist with internal audits and compliance assessments.

Provide administrative support to the legal and compliance team.

Explore how AI can be used to streamline the process of contract review.

Education & Qualifications
Currently studying towards LLB (Bachelor of Laws) or equivalent

Please note this is a full-time position is based at our Abingdon, Oxfordshire office and contracted through a third party.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an in-person Assessment Centre on 23rd, 24th ,25th , or 26th February 2026, providing an opportunity to meet current placement students, learn about the role, and socialize with employees.

Placements are expected to begin on 7th September 2026.
